With experience and great song-list, Frank has suitable music from when guests arrive to when the dancing starts.

“From experience I’ve found it’s good to start very gently as your guests arrive, as folks are often a little tentative when arriving at an organised function.

I typically start with gentle songs as your friends/guests arrive, probably singing songs from the Evergreens & Jazz Standards of my songlist.

After that however, I play it by ear. Some folks love to dance and I happily oblige, and some don’t, so I make sure the volume is kept to a level where it’s easy to chat.
